HHIT officially launched Terminal Operation System Navis N4 and Eport software.

HHIT would like to express sincere thanks to our distinguished guests, who are partners of HHIT, including FPT Telecom, Kaleris/Navis, CEH, APMT, as well as our own team, for their support and collaboration throughout the implementation and construction of the IT system for the Berth No. 5 and No. 6 Project at the Lach Huyen Port, Hai Phong City.

Developed and implemented by Kaleris, Navis N4 is currently the world’s leading solution for port and terminal operations management. It serves as the “brain and heart” of HHIT’s operating system. With 31 intelligent modules, Navis N4 supports the accurate and efficient management of port activities. Its standout features include optimized operational planning, vessel scheduling, container management, real-time supervision of cargo handling, and automated operational workflows. These capabilities enable HHIT to respond swiftly and flexibly to the ever-increasing demands of our customers.

Implemented by CEH Informatics Company, the Eport system—including the Customs Automation Software (CAS)—is a comprehensive digital platform that streamlines the entire process of port-related transactions and service provisioning. It connects the port with all stakeholders—such as shipping lines, agents, consignors/consignees, transport companies, and customs authorities—via a single integrated software gateway. Eport features 12 core modules and 77 functions, designed to shorten the time required for cargo service procedures, support automated electronic customs connections, enhance transaction efficiency, and establish transparency throughout the entire service process.
