YEAR END PARTY 2025 – Hateco Hai Phong International Container Terminal United to Break Through!

Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the year’s final days, the Year End Party 2025 of Hateco Hai Phong International Container Terminal (HHIT) took place in a warm, energetic, and emotional setting - bringing a close to a year marked by many proud milestones!

2025 – A year of challenges, perseverance, and breakthroughs

Looking back on the journey, the entire team of HHIT employees stood united, working hand in hand to overcome numerous challenges. With proactive management and operations, HHIT continuously improved service quality, steadily affirming its position as Vietnam’s No.1 green and smart port.

The Year End Party was not only a celebration of appreciation, but also a meaningful occasion for HHIT Leadership to extend their most sincere and heartfelt thanks to all employees; to reflect on the paths traveled, the important milestones achieved, and to recognize the quiet yet invaluable contributions of each individual throughout 2025.

Mr. Tran Van Ky, Chairman of Hateco Group, delivered a speech at the conference.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, CEO of HHIT, delivered a summary report on the 2025 business and production performance.

By the end of December 2025, the total container throughput handled by the Port reached 808,000 TEUs.

The growth chart demonstrates a strong and impressive upward momentum, with August alone recording throughput exceeding 103% of the designed capacity.

Notably, HHIT has established operational efficiency key performance indicators (KPIs) approaching the standards of leading seaports worldwide, including:

• Average CMPH of 30;
• 100% of trucks utilizing the Truck Appointment System (TAS);
• Truck turnaround time reduced to under 16 minutes, compared to the industry average of over 35 minutes.

These figures clearly affirm the strong market position and professional service quality that HHIT is committed to delivering to its partners and customers.
